Green Smoothie with Parsley, Celery & Banana

I use parsley in few of my recipes for example Succulent Bean and Smokey Barley, so I have always some leftovers in my refrigerator. However, that is not the only reason why I make smoothies with parsley. The main reason for this recipe are the health benefits of this undervalued herb, since they’re quite astonishing.

You can blend many different fruits with parsley, such as kiwi, mango, apple or pineapple or even avocado and cucumber. As I always say, be creative, cheers!

Ingredients
Italian parsley 1cup
Regular parsley 1cup
Celery 1 stalk cutup
Banana 1 with brown spots
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1lime
Maca 1tsp
Water 1 cup
Blend everything in a high powerblender
