They are many ways to balance your Chakras, such as yoga, meditation or chanting just to name the main ones, however, they’re even more effective when combined with the proper nutrition.
The Mother Nature created fruits and vegetables responding to each chakra which is easy to recognize based on the color. For example the strawberries in this smoothie respond to the First Root Chakra which is the color red and it connects us to the Earth, family, security and basic survival needs.
The second fruit is Papaya and it responds to Second Sacral Chakra that governing sexuality, relationships, creativity and finances.
The third fruit is Mango which responds to Third Solar Plexus Chakra which rules action, self-confidence and emotions.
It is very important to have these chakras balance for a healthy and balanced life and also for a spiritual growth through an integration of the higher Chakras.
All energy comes from light, the rays from the sun. It sustains us, transforms us, vitalizes us, rejuvenates us, and warms us. The rays of the sun fall onto the earth at different vibrations in the form of colors. Each of our chakras resonates with a different color. The energy of light has an intimate connection with our bodies. As the sun’s rays fall onto the earth, these vibrations are expressed through the color of the plant, vegetable, or flower – each color holds an energy that nourishes the individual chakras. Eating a variety of colors with each meal is important in keeping the chakras balanced through food. Read more
