CHOCOLATE LUST
Chocolate - Banana Chia Pudding, Vegan - Gluten Free
April 25th, 2015
Apparently, in many cases, women would trade chocolate for sex. Sadly, both can make you feel guilty at times, but not anymore. My chocolate pudding recipe is totally guilt free, because it’s actually healthy and extremely satisfying, so you don’t have to eat too much of it. I was only able to eat half of the wine glass portion and I enjoyed it so much. I created this recipe in the spur of the moment, because I've got craving for chocolate, but I had nothing at home. These ingredients were pretty much all I had to make something chocolaty and quick. I think this is the easiest dessert recipe ever. Well, see for yourself, you’ll be very pleased, I guarantee you.

Prep time 10min Cooking time 10min Total 20min
Serves 4
Ingredients
Light coconut milk 2cups (I use Thai brand)
Chia seeds 2/3 cup
2 ripe bananas (make sure they have brown spots)
Chocolate chips 1 ½ cup (Sunspire fair trade, vegan, organic)
Raspberries frozen 1 cup ( thawed)
Maple syrup 2tsp
Process
Start by melting the chocolate chips in a bowl over steaming water on medium heat
This should take few minutes, so in the meantime blend the rest of the ingredients in the food processor.
When ready, pour the chocolate in the food processor and blend everything together
Fill ¾ of each glass or bowl and leave them in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour to anhour
In the meantime, thaw the raspberries in the bowl above steaming water on low heat
When ready, pour carefully on top of the each glass and garnish with almond flakes
At the end, drizzle lightly with the maple syrup
I really hope you will try this recipe and would love to hear your comments.
