SWEET TEMPTATION

Vegan – Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free

This Chia pudding is not only delicious, but also one of healthiest desserts you can make especially with raw cacao and Matcha.

​

  • Chia seeds contain high amounts of Antioxidants, fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. In addition they are rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus essential for bone health.

  • Matcha is also packed with antioxidants including EGCg, it is rich in fiber, chlorophyll, vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium.

  • Raw cacao is also high in Calcium, Antioxidants, 40 times more than blueberries and it is a best source of plant based Iron.

  • All these super foods are also powerful to prevents major diseases such as Heart disease, cancer and diabetes, just to name a few.

Sweet Temptation

Recipe type: Dessert

 INGREDIENTS for 4 servings 

• Chia 2/3 of a cup

• Coconut milk 2 ½ cup

• Raw cacao powder 2tbs

• Matcha powder 2tbs

• Maple syrup 8tbs

• Raspberry & Kiwi (or fruits of your choice)

​

PROCESS

• In a bowl, mix thoroughly 1/3 Chia with 1 ¼ of coconut milk & 4 tbs maple syrup.

• Add cacao and mix thoroughly.

• Divide the mixture into 4 glasses, creating the first layer.

• Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for couple of hours.

• When ready, repeat that process again, but this time with Matcha. Matcha, creating the second layer.

• Garnish with fresh fruits before serving. 

I did it little bit differently, just for the photo, so if you like to experiment you can try other ways and see what you can come up with :)
