SUPERBERRY OATMEAL BOWL
Vegan – Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free
Posted on August 22nd, 2016
This is a perfect meal to start your day and keep you satisfied for few hours giving your body significant amount of nutrients, like no other meal would. It is also very easy and quick to make and you can take it with you to go if you are in the rush.

It is one of my favorites, especially because of the raspberry puree (which is maybe not the most accurate way to call it, but I can't think of anything more suitable lol). I do not cook the raspberries, I just warm them up lightly so they don't lose their nutrients. I am always trying to use fruit in my recipes in a way that preserves their nutrients. Frozen fruits may not be as rich in nutrients as the fresh ones, but they are still highly nutritious. However, when fruits are heat up to the point of boiling they are pretty much useless. All that's left is sugar.
