If you are quinoa a lover then this is a recipe for you. In addition, the sweet potato and garbanzo are also very popular amongst consciously eating people, so this combination is definitely a winner. No to mention it is easy to make and it goes well with all types of veggies and salads. I also recommend serving it with tahini dressing from my Rainbow Buddha Bowl recipe. The combination is truly delicious and I guarantee you will love it. The health benefits are also quite substantial so eating this meal not will not only satisfy your taste buds; it will satisfy your body too.
