TROPICAL PARADISE
Pineapple, Mango & Dragon Fruit Salad
Posted on June 14th, 2015
This is another one of my amazing salad recipes for all the fruit lovers out there. And again, simple, healthy and absolutely delicious. I can eat the whole bowl myself, but that would be selfish, since I have a family to share it with. Seeing them enjoying the food I prepare gives me pleasure and satisfaction, so I love to share it with them as much as I love to eat it.
Aside from that, this salad would be perfect to serve if you planning a backyard pool party this summer. Tropical theme, with lots of exotic fruits, drinks with little umbrellas and tropical island music could be a lot of fun. I would definitely do that if I have a backyard with pool. Maybe someday. Nevertheless, even without the pool we can enjoy this summer to the fullest, so I wish you a wonderful time and lots of delicious vegan food.
