GURU SALAD
Kale with Red Cabbage, Walnuts & Pomegranate
Vegan - Gluten Free
May 4th 2015
In the last few years, Kale became very popular among not only vegans, but many health oriented individuals. Its nutritional value is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals that boost our immune system by maintaining the body alkalized.
Sadly, I came across people who did not like kale, which is quite unfortunate. Nevertheless, I do believe that if they try my kale salad they would reconsider. The other ingredient that is extremely healthy, but some people may not like is apple cider vinegar, so in that case I would suggest to use lemon instead. All the ingredients in this salad are extremely healthy and that’s why I decided to name it Guru Salad.
In addition to that I also included Queen Salad recipe. Cabbage is also very healthy and since you need only very little of the cabbage for the kale salad, you can make another salad from all that’s left. So please check the Queen Salad on the recipe list as well. They’re both absolutely delicious, highly nutritious and inexpensive.
