QUEEN SALAD
Red Cabbage with Apple Cider Dressing
May 5th 2015
Cabbage has been a vital component of many cultures around the world for thousands of years and still is today. Cabbage definitely deserves to be called Queen, because of its vital nutrients, easy accessibility, low cost and the wide variety of use. Even though the green cabbage seems to be more popular, I love the red cabbage equally. So this recipe is one of my simple ways to prepare a delicious, healthy and cost effective salad. Some of you may think it is a slaw, but I prefer to call it salad, because I find the word slaw not worthy of Queen :)
